You need to look at the software your proposed strata manager uses on their customer portal and how it can be manipulated to produce meaningful and easy-to-find information for owners. Files must be accurately identified for this to be possible. (1) The term of office (including any other additional term under an extension option) of a rotation agent for a shift system shall end (if the term of office of the appointment does not end earlier or does not end earlier for any other reason): (a) where the team management agent is appointed by the owner company at the first general meeting, at the end of the twelve-month period following the appointment or (b) in any other case, at the end of the term of office of the mailed management officer. A person may be re-evaluated by the owner company, by decision of a general meeting, as a shift recycling agent for a shiftwork system at the end of the person`s term. 3. The appointment of a postal management agent may be terminated in accordance with the instrument of appointment if it is approved by decision of a general meeting of the owner company. 4. The term of office of a post manager may be extended by the working committee for successive periods of up to three months after the date of the next general meeting of the owner company until the decision on the re-election of the recycler. 5. However, if a shift committee has extended the term of office of a mail management officer under this Division, the rotation committee shall notify the position management officer at least one month in advance of a decision not to appoint the position management officer or not to renew the order.
6. A team management agent must notify the owner company in writing of the end of a mandate: a) at least 3 months before the end of the mandate and (b) at least one month before the end of any extension of a period authorized under this section. 7. An instrument for the appointment of a management agent posted for a period of 3 years (referred to in paragraph 1 (b)) shall provide for an option for the staff member to extend the term of office of the appointment for a maximum period of 3 months from the expiry of the three-year period, if the owner company decides not to renew the staff member and the term of office referred to in paragraph 4. The intermediary must inform the owner company in writing of the exercise of the option. (8) A strata management agent is not authorized to exercise an option referred to in subsection (7) if the owner company informs the intermediary in writing that the agent is not re-ented at least three months before the expiry of the term. . . .
